  • In the original packaging with all tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the safety and quality of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bath Towels & Bath Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Bath Rugs & Mats (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items without original packaging or tags

Return Process

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, you’ll receive:

  • Return authorization and instructions
  • A prepaid shipping label (for defective items)
  • Return address information

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package your item(s) in the original packaging and include:

  • The completed return form (provided in your email)
  • Original receipt or order confirmation copy

Step 4: Return Processing

  • Credit Card Payments: 7-10 business days after we process your return
  • PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days after we process your return

What Will Be Refunded?

  • Full cost of returned item(s)
  • Original shipping fees (if all items in an order are returned)
  • Return shipping fees (for defective items only)

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable for partial returns. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size, color, or different product):
