Quick Summary: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Most items in new condition can be returned, with a few exceptions for hygiene and personalized products.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange request.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original, unused condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the safety and quality of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Candles (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Bath Towels & Bath Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Bath Rugs & Mats (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items without original packaging or tags
Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return Request

Within 1-2 business days, you’ll receive:
- Return authorization and instructions
- A prepaid shipping label (for defective items)
- Return address information
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package your item(s) in the original packaging and include:
- The completed return form (provided in your email)
- Original receipt or order confirmation copy

Once we receive your return, please allow:
- 3-5 business days for inspection and processing
- Additional time for the refund to appear in your account

- Credit Card Payments: 7-10 business days after we process your return
- PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days after we process your return
What Will Be Refunded?
- Full cost of returned item(s)
- Original shipping fees (if all items in an order are returned)
- Return shipping fees (for defective items only)
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable for partial returns. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
Exchange Process
For exchanges (size, color, or different product):
- Follow the same return process outlined above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you prefer an exchange
- Specify the replacement item you’d like
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
If the exchange item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference. If it costs less, you’ll receive a refund for the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Include photos of the damage or defect
- We’ll provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement
